The Rauhnächte are a custom that is particularly widespread in the Alpine region and in other parts of Europe. The term itself comes from the Old High German word "rûch", which means "hairy" or "wild" and alludes to the rough, impetuous winds in winter.

Traditionally, it refers to a series of nights that were considered particularly mystical and magical, and in which the boundaries between the real world and the spirit world were supposed to be permeable.

The Personal Manifestation of Desires

In this course we will explore the mystical time of the Rauhnächte. The course begins with an introduction to the meaning and origin of the Rauhnächte, including their traditions and customs. A central part of the course is the ritual of the "13 Wishes to Ignite", in which you manifest a wish every day.

Another important aspect of the course is physical and energetic cleansing. These guides are designed to help cleanse both your living space and your personal energy. Each Rauhnacht in the course symbolically represents a month of the coming year, with each day containing special topics and exercises for self-reflection and development.

In addition, there are daily journaling tasks designed to encourage reflection on different aspects of life and personal development.
