1. use of the service offers
The participant is entitled to use the services of the teachers of AMAZONIA YOGA according to the purchased course,- retreat or workshop cards. AMAZONIA YOGA will carefully instruct the participant in the handling for yoga courses & and retreats and personal trainings and point out possible health risks. The participant is obliged to inform AMAZONIA YOGA about any health restrictions and risks he/she may have, so that these can be taken into account in the course, workshop or retreat. Any course times will be announced on the internet on the respective website. AMAZONIA YOGA reserves the right to change the course times as well as the service offers and rates.
2. liability
AMAZONIA YOGA will keep rented premises in a functioning and safe condition to ensure a smooth training process. Otherwise, liability is excluded, unless there is an intentional or grossly negligent breach of obligations or a breach of essential contractual obligations. The participant is obliged to inform the respective instructor of all health condition information before the start of the course/workshop/retreat. In case of previous injuries or physical limitations, a doctor or orthopedist should be consulted before starting the practice (e.g. Yoga or Mobility). The participant uses the offered services at his/her own risk. The participant is obligated to handle the rented premises and all provided equipment with care. Damages that are not based on normal wear and tear but were caused by improper use will be repaired at the expense of the person who caused the damage. No liability will be accepted for the loss or damage of clothing or valuables.
3. data protection provisions
In accordance with § 33 of the Federal Data Protection Act, the user is informed that his personal data will be collected for processing purposes by AMAZONIA YOGA for the processing of contracts and stored and managed electronically. Mainly the data will be used to create invoices. The provisions of the Data Protection Act will be observed. Without the consent of the user, inventory and usage data will only be collected, processed or used to the extent necessary for the processing of the contractual relationship and for the use and billing of telemedia. To this extent, the user agrees to the electronic use and processing of his personal data. The transfer of personal data to other third parties is not permitted without a special declaration of consent by the person concerned.
4. course rules & house rules
If the contracting partner repeatedly violates the self-evident rules of decency or a house rule in rented rooms or in case of intentional damage to property or other important reasons despite a warning, AMAZONIA YOGA is entitled to prohibit the participation in courses, workshops or retreats without notice and to ban the contracting partner from the house. There will be no compensation for any unused tickets. The existing house rules of the training facility in the current version must be observed by the participant. They are available for inspection in the training rooms.
5. change of the course offer and opening hours
AMAZONIA YOGA reserves the right to change the offer in a reasonable manner.
6. terms of payment
All fees and dues must be paid prior to participation in courses, personal trainings and especially workshops and retreats. For workshops and retreats, participation is secured only after receipt of payment.
7. cancellations of workshops and retreat events
In case of cancellations, the price for the event will be charged as follows:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the beginning 20% of the full price
- Cancellation 14 days to 7 days before the beginning 50% of the full price
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the beginning 100% of the price
A refund for later cancellations will only be made in case of illness / accident upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Cancellations must be made in writing before the start of the workshop to hi[at]amazonia.yoga. Cancellations after the beginning of the event cannot be considered. The registration for the respective event is binding and already paid fees will not be refunded in case of unexcused absence unless a separate agreement is made for the respective event.
AMAZONIA YOGA reserves the right to cancel 7 days before the start of the event, all registered participants from the list of participants who have not paid the fees by that time. The space thus freed will be released for interested parties on the waiting list.
8. cancellation of personal trainings
Scheduled personal training sessions - whether agreed individually or booked weekly - must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment. If a cancellation is made later, the appointment will be charged regularly at the full rate and is considered to have taken place. In special cases (short-term injury/illness/higher power), AMAZONIA YOGA can deviate from this and make a mitigated arrangement.
9. photos
AMAZONIA YOGA reserves the right to take photos and videos at events such as workshops. These can be used for promotional purposes for events, on Facebook, on the website or for flyers. AMAZONIA YOGA thus retains the rights to pictures and videos. The participant agrees to inform the studio immediately if he does not want to be represented publicly on photos & videos and to limit the accompanying right of use.
10. LIABILITIES
AMAZONIA YOGA is not liable for the loss of clothing, money or other valuables brought by the participant. The provision of lockers in rented training rooms does not justify any liability for items brought in there. Lockers are only to be used during the time of the training.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
Should parts of the terms and conditions be or become invalid, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the corresponding statutory law.
