I am aware of the fact that we all want and need to be flexible. Nevertheless, I have a limited number of places and have to take over costs in case of cancellation or often have no possibility to allocate previously allocated places at short notice.

‍Therefore I charge 20% of the total price for cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the event. For cancellations 14 days to 7 days prior to the start of the first event, I must charge 50%. For cancellations less than 7 days before the start of the event, the full price will be charged if the vacated space cannot be given to someone else.
