We start with a 'Self Defence Session'. Here we get to learn a little bit about self defense and try it out together. After that we go into the 'Mobility Flow' sessions with crawling patterns. Budokon Mobility is a dynamic training in which you can learn how to construct different movement patterns, take them apart again, continue them or even return to them.
Techniques are learned through repetition and precision, with a focus on finishing the movement and experiencing new movement.
After the lunch break and matcha ceremony, the Budokon Yoga session continues with parts from the Primary Series.
