Hello!
I'm Lorena!

I consider myself a Mixed Movement Artist because I don’t confine myself to one single style, discipline, or form of expression. To me, movement is a language — constantly evolving — a space of exploration where body, mind, and creativity intersect.

My journey with movement

“At it´s root, creativity is not about success and not about failure, It´s not about knowing why, or what, or even who. It´s a mystery. And it is a spiritual place to live.”

Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

“At it´s root, creativity is not about success and not about failure, It´s not about knowing why, or what, or even who. It´s a mystery. And it is a spiritual place to live.”

Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

My journey began early on with ballet and later with gymnastics — two disciplines that shaped not only my body, but also my perception of art and expression. Ballet taught me precision, elegance, and control. Gymnastics challenged me to explore the limits of strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness. Both have deeply influenced how I move and showed me how technique and freedom, structure and creativity, can exist in perfect harmony.

Yoga has been a part of my life since 2010. It’s taught me to live with more awareness and presence. Through my daily practice, I find my center and maintain balance in everyday life. The structure and fluidity of Vinyasa, along with the strength and grace of Budokon, are central elements I bring into my teaching.

My passion for movement is something I don't just want to share — I want people to experience it, on and off the mat.

The Budokon Movement System goes far beyond physical practice. While we work on the “physical push-ups,” just as important are the “mental push-ups”: developing mental strength, meeting challenges consciously, and shaping the mind with the same discipline and dedication we bring to the body.

I invite you to create a space of curiosity — where body, mind, and soul are in motion, and where we reconnect with our creativity. When we let energy flow through every breath, every movement, and every thought, we open doors to new forms of expression and self-discovery.

Let’s walk this path of conscious movement together — and bring the transformative power of creativity into our everyday lives.
